Refund Policy

This refund policy covers all registrants of Crafting your Herbal Practice - Creating the Container which runs from January to March 2024.

For those that register with a full tuition payment:

o There is a non-refundable fee of $250.
o Cancellations before December 15th, there will be a full refund minus above fee.
o Cancellations after December 15 and before first class January 9th will be a full
refund if we fill your space minus above fee. If not, we will refund full amount less $350.
o Cancellations after January 9th will not receive a refund unless it is an extraordinary circumstance at which time we will meet to discuss.

For those that register with payment plan options:

o Deposit is non-refundable
o Cancellations before December 15 full refund minus the nonrefundable deposit
o Cancellations after December 15th and before first class January 9th will be a full refund if we fill your space minus the nonrefundable deposit. If not, we will refund full amount less $350.
o Cancellations after January 9th will not receive a refund unless it is an extraordinary circumstance at which time we will meet to discuss.
